This place is straight-up froyo heaven. It lures you in with self-serve freedom—pick your size, load it up, go wild. And I did. Oh, I did. The catch? You pay by weight, and apparently frozen yogurt is denser than my common sense. I blacked out somewhere between stacking the swirl just right and trying to balance it all, and came to at the register… 345 pesos deep. Was it worth it? Absolutely. No regrets. Just a belly full of creamy bliss and a wallet whispering, “you fool.” But if loving froyo recklessness is wrong, I don’t wanna be right.

Try the Taro, it's amazing. I also get some 18+ special yogurt with cbd to help keep my chill. It's seriously good, we're there at least once a week and never get tired of their delicious froyo. Plus they switch up the flavors pretty often so there's usually something new to try

Amazing quality yogurt! I was highly impressed. I could taste the freshness in every single bite. Also, I loved the atmosphere. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. The establishment was very clean. I would definitely recommend and come back.

This is the best spot for yogurt ice cream in Playa! The flavors are amazing—fresh and natural, not chemical or artificial. The toppings are super tasty, and the sauces are the real highlight: chocolate, almond, matcha, and canela (cinnamon) are all incredible. The staff is really friendly, and the place has a great atmosphere too. Highly recommended!

Staff were very friendly. I ordered a coffee frappe and they told me it didn’t come with sugar. It was still too bitter for me so they adjusted it. My partner got their froyo which seems to be their main product. Interior is very cute and they have outdoor seating too

A very clean and minimalist space and the girl who greeted us spoke English very well which was helpful for our first time there. There were good options for the frozen yogurt, toppings and drizzle. Fantastic place and I highly recommend it.

I always have a phenomenal experience at Zo'Zen!!! The young lady that assisted me today was polite and did a great job explaining the different flavors. I love that this particular location offers vegan options and it's always delicious and light to the taste. The building is always very clean as well and that's something I pay attention to when I eat at places
